Room for the whole family in Historic Guthrie
Pembroke Cottage hosts one party at a time, so up to eight of you have the whole two-story house: three bedrooms and a twin on the upstairs landing, two baths, a full kitchen and a covered patio with a hot tub. It's a bed and breakfast, with breakfast stocked before you arrive and your hosts living next door.
It works for visiting family in Guthrie, a reunion weekend, friends in town for a wedding, or a team at the Lazy E.

Well-behaved, supervised children are welcome. The cottage isn't ADA compliant; the rear entrance, one step up, is the easiest way in.

Rates and booking
Rates start at $150 a night and are set by the number of guests and the season. There's no minimum stay: single nights are welcome, and multi-night stays are discounted. Every stay starts with an inquiry: tell us your dates and how many are coming, and we'll reply personally, usually within a few hours.
Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout at 11 am. No smoking and no pets.
